GEOtimize respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data you provide

When you scan your store or claim a business, we store the name, address, and (if you enter it) your email to send results and advice. When you sign in with Google to use the Dashboard, we store your email, display name and the connections you authorize.

Data collected automatically

We use GA4/GTM (when enabled) to measure visits, scan events and page views so we can improve the product. IP logs are used only to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.

How we use data

Data is used to run features, send requested materials, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Passwords are never stored — sign-in is via Google OAuth.

Your rights

You may request deletion of the data you provided at any time through the Contact page. Emails provided for quick scans are not used for advertising without your consent.
